Michelle Aguilar was the winner of the Biggest Loser Season 7. She loose a 110 lbs after the twelve weeks of the extreme exercise and diet. It almost a half of the original weight.
This is what Michelle Aguilar said after she won, “I feel like this world is now my oyster and I’m just going to go after it!”
Michelle, who entered the competition with her once-estranged mom, was training under the tough Jillian Michaels, earning the win over North Carolina’s Ed Brantley and Louisiana’s Vicky Vilcan.
“Dieting and exercising is difficult,” Michelle said. “But you have to make it part of your lifestyle. You don’t have to love it, but you do have to make time for it.”
